Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) involves inhaling pure oxygen at elevated atmospheric pressure, significantly boosting the oxygen levels in your bloodstream. While the air we breathe contains about 21% oxygen, our therapy delivers supplemental oxygen (up to 96%) to enhance your immune system and optimize your body’s performance. This cutting-edge treatment can aid in recovery, reduce inflammation, help to clear brain fog, support anti-ageing efforts and enhance longevity wellness.

    Faqs

As a new client, you’ll complete a health consultation form that will be emailed to you ahead of your appointment. If you don’t get the chance to fill them out beforehand, no worries! You can fill out the forms when you arrive at the center. The staff will ask you for a brief medical history and how Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy can help you on your unique wellness journey.

After completing a waiver, your vitals will be taken. Then, you’ll head back to the HBOT – a cozy chamber where you can comfortably sit up and work, or lay down and relax during your service. After you get in the Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber, a specialist will help you place your nasal cannula on your face, make you comfortable with pillows or blankets, and then close the door. Then, the chamber will begin to pressurize. You may feel your ears pop slightly as you take your “dive,” but don’t worry! It’s not scary or uncomfortable.
The chamber is fully pressurized in over ten minutes, then your clock begins! Another 10+ minutes will be needed to depressurize the machine.

The number and frequency of treatments needed varies with the specific condition that is being treated. For many conditions, one treatment a day (Monday through Friday) is given for a total of 10 to 20 treatments, usually a total of two to four weeks.

HBOT is not painful. At the beginning of your treatment you may feel pressure in your ears, like when you fly in a plane or drive up into the mountains. You may have to clear your ears.

When you are in the chamber, you can see out in all directions.
